Lymph Flow
Small-batch blend of homegrown cleavers, calendula, and red clover that stimulates lymph flow, eases swollen glands, and supports clear skin—all in one gentle, daily formula.
Encourages healthy lymphatic drainage & fluid balance
Relieves tender or swollen lymph nodes before, during, and after illness
Moves water retention out of the body for lighter, less puffy tissues
Offers mild liver-and-kidney detox support
Helps calm acne, eczema, and psoriasis flares
Why Movement Still Matters
Unlike the heart-powered blood system, your lymph has no pump. Pair this herbal lymph-support tincture with enjoyable daily movement—walking, yoga, dry-brushing, rebounding—to keep that fluid moving.
Cleavers
Traditionally the go-to for swollen lymph nodes, cleavers thins sluggish lymph and encourages gentle diuresis. Its cooling energetics make it useful in “hot,” inflamed skin eruptions. It also offers some mild liver support.
Calendula Flower
Famous as a topical skin soother, calendula is equally powerful inside the body. Its resinous flowers stimulate lymphatic drainage and help clear lingering congestion after infections. Anti-inflammatory and mildly antimicrobial, calendula supports faster tissue repair and brighter complexions.
Red Clover Blossom
Rich in minerals and vitamin C, red clover nourishes while it detoxifies. It eases lymphatic congestion, lends respiratory support in convalescence, and is a traditional ally for eczema and psoriasis.
Founder Story
I created Lymph Flow when chronic swollen glands in my neck refused to drain—even with dry-brushing, exercise, and immune herbs. Working with these herbs was the missing piece: within days the swelling eased, and relief was lasting. Now I take one dropper daily, bumping up to three droppers (about every other hour) during colds or flu, or when our local California wild fires flare up.
Dose & Directions
Daily maintenance: 1–2 droppers (1–2 mL) once or twice a day.
Acute support: Up to 3–4 droppers spread through the day when glands feel swollen or during active illness.
Hold under the tongue for 30 seconds, then swallow. A small sip of water can be added under the tongue to act as a “buffer” if needed.
